How to resolve this Chargeback: In order to resolve this type of chargeback, you must be able to provide a written statement of rebuttal which disputes the claim on the card holder's behalf, as well as any supportive documentation which can prove that the airline transaction that is being disputed is in fact valid, such as any formed of signed credit card receipt or invoice detailing the charges. If you can prove that the transaction is in fact valid, you can easily resolve the chargeback dispute.
Tips: Maintain all of the documentation relating to each and every processed credit card sale, so that if a dispute arises you are properly equipped to handle it. Providing the necessary media is the only way to resolve this situation once a chargeback has been issued.
