How to resolve this Chargeback: In order to resolve this type of chargeback, you must be able to provide documentation which shows that the dispute is invalid, or rather that the transaction that is being disputed is valid despite the claims being made by the card holder. You cannot resolve this chargeback if you cannot prove that the card holder's claim is invalid, or if you do not otherwise settle the dispute with said card holder.
