How to resolve this Chargeback: In order to resolve this type of chargeback, you need to provide a written statement of rebuttal against the claim being made by the card holder, in addition to any supportive documents which can prove that all of the card sales were valid, including signed sales receipts and invoices detailing the merchandise and services that were purchased and whether or not they were received by the card holder.
Tips: If a duplicate charge was made based on error, your best bet is simply to offer a credit to the card member's account.
