How to resolve this Chargeback: In order to resolve this type of chargeback, you must be able to provide a written statement of rebuttal against the dispute being lodged by the card holder, in addition to any other form of supporting documentation which can be used to show that all of the goods and services that were paid for were received, or instead you may provide proof that a credit was granted to the card holder for the products and services which were not previously received.
